시스템 개요System Overview

BigBoss OS 는 회장(유저)이 모바일에서 지시하면 AI 임원진이 토론·실행하는 가상 회사 OS. Claude Code 구독 하나로 16명+ 개발팀을 운영한다.BigBoss OS is an AI virtual-company OS — the Chairman issues directives from mobile, and the AI executive team debates and executes. Run a 16+ dev team on a single Claude Code subscription.

철학Philosophy

회장은 방향만 정한다. 코드를 직접 쓰지 않는다.The Chairman sets direction only — never writes code directly.

모든 의사결정은 토론을 거친다. 충돌은 자동으로 다이아몬드 토론으로 해소된다.Every decision passes through debate. Conflicts auto-resolve via diamond debate.

Consigliere 메모리가 모든 호출의 단일 진실원. -c 컨텍스트 누적은 없다.Consigliere is the single source of truth for every call. No -c context bloat.

파이프라인 흐름Pipeline Flow

입력 → 지휘(C4I 파이프라인) → 합의 ∥ 토론 (투트랙) → 실행+검증 → 기억·보고 → 회장.Intake → Command (C4I pipeline) → Council ∥ Debate (dual-track) → Execute + Verify → Memory + Report → Chairman.
